The Bichon dog is a smallish, but very strong dog. Usually with round eyes which are black or dark brown. The ears are low and have long hair. The teeth typically have an overbite. The Bichon dog breed appreciates affection and company. They have an independent streak and are is very smart. They are loving, brave and very energetic. The Bichon dog has a bit of a stubborn, but happy temperament that makes them comfortable to have around the house.
